4 stars because I find the quality/price ratio interesting. However, I found my pizza a little overcooked which caused the cheese to be grilled and not melty (according to my tastes) The service was impeccable, the person was very cheerful. Far from being my favorite pizzeria, it has its qualities.

Très bon. Pizzaiolo très sympathique, elle s'intéresse aux clients, elle a été attentive à ce que je passe un bon moment en famille. Humaine, comme j'aime😘

12/05/2024: Well, pizza Gascogne is delicious no doubt, and it also host a pizza dispenser mechine service, for quick takeaways.. If you're or whenever you're around Auch, anytime.., hang loose, if you're having pizza on your mind for dinner, even after midnight....
