Pizza Gillou sur Nice

Just came across this small pizza joint near Place Garibaldi. Note it's Cash only! I tried their La Poulardo chicken pizza—absolutely delicious! Perfectly made, seriously. It's a busy takeaway, so there might be a wait, you can enjoy it at home or while exploring the square. They've got a bunch of options, and it's all made with a fusion of Italian and American pizza styles, and it is spot on. The guy running the place is a hard worker, so if he seems a bit rude, cut him some slack. Overall, definitely worth a visit for tasty pizza and a genuine local experience. Give it a try—you won't regret it!
