Pickles sur Nantes

Already my fifth experience at Pickles. My favorite restaurant in Nantes, the one I recommend first. It’s always excellent and tailored to the profile. I highly recommend the wine pairing which complements each other perfectly.

Dining at Pickles in Nantes was an experience to remember! The menu was carefully though of and is seafood-heavy (which I consider a plus!). Each plate was a work of art, with vibrant colors and textures that promised—and delivered—exceptional taste. The ambiance of Pickles is just as noteworthy. Its modern interior creates a perfect backdrop for a meal that feels both sophisticated and relaxed. What impressed me most was the price point. This place serves Michelin-level food and service without the air of snobbery. The staff were amazing and added to the experience with their warmth and professionalism, making us feel well looked after throughout our entire dining experience. Pickles is a must-visit in Nantes for anyone looking to enjoy innovative dining in a welcoming environment. An absolute degustation experience that leaves you eager to return back for more.

I am delighted to have discovered this unmissable address and strongly recommend that all gourmets go there without hesitation.

We arrived very late (around 2 p.m.) but they kindly agreed to receive us even though we had reserved for 1:30 p.m. for the last service. For the food and the service it was great. Excellent value for money for a gastro that I usually frequent for more than a hundred euros in the capital. Bravo to the chef

It’s always a moment of relaxation and culinary discoveries at Pickles! What an awakening of the senses: the varied and balanced colors, flavors and smells. All in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I love these elaborate recipes where you find the taste of each of the ingredients and which put together do not mask each other. Really great both the dishes and the desserts. And wise advice in choosing wines.

Another great moment shared with the family. What to say about the plates THEY ARE EXCELLENT. Fresh seasonal and local products. A restaurant to discover or rediscover as quickly as possible and with your eyes closed.

Very good restaurant with a tremendously good set menu at moderate price; quite long list of wines by the glass. The fish is perfectly cooked, the dessert fresh and tasty. Staff abd owner are abd professional and sympathetic. Reservation adviced. I'll come back for sure @
