01/04/2024: Lousy customer service. I understand the problems with reservations since the staff doesn't look at them. They don't care about welcoming and respecting customers. They are very bad traders. I had to pay for my entire meal even though I informed myself at the time of booking that I was paying by The Fork gift voucher; which the restaurant does not accept but only warns you upon payment. I have rarely seen such poor customer service. Especially since the proportions provided are well below the Auciel République restaurant. I just have the feeling that I'm being ripped off by incompetent and bad faith people. Prefer the more humane one from République, better in taste and more plentiful. It was the only time I went there, the waitress disgusted me.
