Everything is perfect 👍 Very warm welcome and the staff is attentive to your needs I didn't visit the rooms because we were invited to a reception served under the arbor and luckily we had plenty of sunshine 🌞

We held our children's baptism at the Parc Hôtel. We were so satisfied with the service, Clémence is adorable and very available as is the rest of the team. Always attentive... The organization, the meal, the service was impeccable. We couldn't have had such a lovely reception anywhere else. We thank you again for this beautiful day... We stopped at this hotel during our trip to Lille, booked the same day by telephone. We would like to thank all the staff who were there for us from the moment we arrived, extremely available and above all very accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and the bedding is of good quality. There is nothing to complain about the catering, the dishes are very beautiful and good, the breakfast buffet is generous and varied, mentions for the pastries which are really very good. Passing through for one night. The room is simple and everything was not in good condition: loose tap, shower in need of refreshing. But the reception was very helpful. Also, we were able to have breakfast at 5 a.m.
