I didn't know Peyriac. Great surprise to discover this magnificent course. For nature lovers and having a snack I highly recommend.

New team at the helm of Vieux Tonneaux and the adventure continues. Always a superb atmosphere where villagers rub shoulders with visitors. And the restaurant gains a beautiful additional room in the old covered market of the village.

Friendly setting with the spacious car-free terrace. Good welcome and very good cuisine. The cuttlefish is perfectly grilled without being overcooked. Cut into strips with a little chorizo and a nice accompaniment, it's hearty and tasty. The burger is also generous and delicious.
Very very good homemade gourmet coffee.

I don't know what the kitchen is like but having had the coffee there several times, I can say that it is good (very hot and strong) for a reasonable price (1.5€ for an espresso - 2.5 € for a double espresso in low season). Opposite, the Etangs counter is significantly more expensive (€1.80 or €1.90 for an espresso) and not as good.
The interior decor is nice, but there is a bit of a lack of lighting (quite dark inside).
Presence of a terrace on the village square.

There were 4 of us, smooth service. Beautiful pieces of meat for the wild boar, entrecôte, kidneys and very good ones.
For beers it's not the best. We will come back.

Lunch break as a couple on the outdoor square this Sunday noon "O old Tonneaux". Fortunately we had reservations on this sunny day worthy of spring because the restaurant was refusing potential customers. Welcoming service, the beers arrive quickly and the rest of the lunch the same. the cuisine is simple, correct and the white wine from the local copé does the trick. The salted butter caramel French toast for dessert is great, the quality espresso. In short, a good little restaurant in the heart of the village to do before going to digest by the pond.

On the village square facing the pond, very nice restaurant and pleasant staff, the food is good and the white wine from La Clape was very good...a good time.
