Everything was perfect, apart from the problem of the channel plus package which does not work well (numerous unexpected cuts, therefore annoying when watching a film). I have already reported this problem many times!!

Little better in the maintenance of rooms and common areas. Helpful staff but limited in their room for maneuver. Averagely clean room. We came across a cigarette butt on the interior window shelf of room 609 when we arrived. Flush which does not completely evacuate the commission. No attention when we arrived, despite our status. Nice lunch, however the toaster doesn't work. The orange juice is not freshly squeezed.

I am a regular at this hotel. Really nothing to say. The breakfast is diverse and varied. The rooms are spacious, always tidy and cleaned. Very good and warm welcome from Williams. Always with a smile! As soon as he is there everything is fine.

Good hotel, good sized rooms but the finishes are not 4*. The electrical wires that are hidden under the bed. The room staff is top notch. The night reception is a little rough. Plan a taxi to go out in the evening. The breakfast is great too.

Regular customer of the hotel, the rooms are pleasant, comfortable and not too noisy. The staff is friendly.
The gourmet restaurant bar is very good. On the other hand, I find the breakfast average, especially in terms of fruit. It would be nice to have fresh fruit instead of canned or jarred fruit.
Overall good experience.

Hotel well located for transport, next to a large shopping center.
Spacious, modern and clean room.
The best part is the welcome from Williams! He takes great care and shares his good humor. Thanks to him the experience is complete.
