Nice room but missing a bottle of water, the staff is smiling. The very disappointing breakfast including the overcooked pastries (forgotten in the oven...dry and toasted...served anyway...🥴) and squeezed orange juice would be appreciated. Didn't stay long enough to judge further... but for a passing evening, a little expensive for the Room + breakfast service...317€ for 3. The service/price ratio not at the level of a novotel.

Hotel very central in the city. Everything can be reached on foot. Train station directly behind the hotel. Family room was completely sufficient for one night. A double bed and a sofa bed for the children. Cleanliness was also good. The only drawback was the pillow which was simply too hard. Breakfast was plentiful and had everything you needed. However, parking in the parking garage was quite expensive. One night 23 euros. On the whole, the price-performance ratio in the hotel was good.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days for a business trip. I was very warmly welcomed there. Spacious room, with hairdryer, bath and shower, small fridge, safe, kettle… The buffet breakfast is great (vegetable milk on offer and I recommend the carrot and banana cakes). I am vegetarian and we adapted by offering me a delicious falafel poke bowl. All the staff are lovely and I thank them.

some renovations to be planned such as changing the carpets...but hotel well located, friendly and attentive staff, no noise from all hours. breakfast very good

Hotel perfectly located a few minutes walk from Lille Flandres train station. Smiling welcome, room ready before the initial check-in time, large, very clean room. Early departure the next day, but possibility of having a coffee quickly thanks to the night porter. I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed.

Nice classy Novotel hotel, well decorated, underground parking in the city 10 m away, well located 5 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, the rooms are large and quiet, the breakfast is OK but nothing more, I recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for accessing the Zénith on foot. Friendly staff and comfortable room…with separate toilet from the bathroom! 😉
