Nouvelles Saveurs sur Aubervilliers

15/03/2024: Auber’Zinc is a seemingly classic brasserie, suitable for lunch. The menu offers the usual dishes from this type of place, flank burger and gorgonzola pasta, but also a couscous menu. I must admit that I left this meal disappointed. The team is very helpful and efficient but the value for money was not there. Both in terms of quality and quantity I found that the dish was not worth its price (I recognize that we are in the midst of inflation but still). It wasn't bad, mind you, but I would have liked better fries, a less dry burger bun... my friend's flank steak felt a little lonely on her plate. It's not dramatic, we ate and it was decent but I have to be honest.
