Very good and very beautiful cake. On the other hand, still disappointed not to have had a cake in relief and with a sugar paste pattern as I could see in the photos published on your page.

26/03/2024: Extremely cold service, no polite words or smiles. Perhaps we should avoid coming in jogging pants for a take-away purchase so as not to be judged on appearances... Good pastries but unjustified prices
14/03/2024: Very nice home. Noisy place. Average Paris Brest cake. Very good cream but the choux was hard and tasteless!! I didn't find any difference with a classic neighborhood pastry shop. ...if not the excessive price...
