Excellent vegetarian banh mi with lemongrass tofu. The bread is crispy and the filling is generous. But please, stop filling the sandwiches by hand with your plastic gloves that you keep on and then touch your tablet to take the order or handle the TPE and the bacteria-filled change of the customers. This is absolutely not hygienic. Use tongs or your hands, which you wash with soap and water. This is the basis of hygiene.

I wanted bahn mi and I looked for the restaurant closest to the Tolbiac metro station. It’s now the best bahn mi I’ve eaten, the lemon beef is a real delight! Crispy bread and tasty vegetables. The bread is well filled with meat. I was also well received, so I highly recommend it.

Disappointed with the banh mi. Not very tasty. A doubt about the carrots: were they marinated in vinegar (canned)? See photo posted on Google Maps. It wasn't very spicy despite our request. Some pieces of beef were pink.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The bread is always fresh straight from the bakery next door. The sandwich is loaded and the meat, for me beef with lemongrass every time, is fragrant and fresh. I've done several in the area, top 3 are easy.

The best bahn mi in Paris. The tables are often dirty but the vegetarian sandwich is too good to give less than 5 stars.

07/12/2023: I have known and frequented this restaurant for over 12 years. For my part, it's good value for money, I can't count the times I've been there but I can't be far from 100, maybe more. Obviously it's not the best in the world or in the capital, however the food is very decent for me and there is a fairly sufficient choice, everyone can be happy, I only had one once a bad surprise where the sushi makis were lukewarm so very disappointed that day but over a hundred times it's anecdotal. I recommend this restaurant which is for me a sort of decent canteen when I have a big appetite.
02/12/2023: During the October holidays should have been closed for a week it was closed for 1 month

01/01/2024: The most generous and delicious rice noodles I've had in Europe I've traveled to many countries and tried many different types of rice noodles, but this one is the most cost-effective, delicious, and plentiful. There are onions, bean sprouts, peppers, hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, lemon, rare meat, meatballs, cilantro, and Cheonyeop(?). The soup is deep and the noodles are a bit plump, so the portion is sufficient. It was always a bit lacking at other places, but here I was full. The food comes out quickly, is delicious, and is reasonably priced at 12.5 euros.
29/11/2023: Every time my family is in Paris, we need to come here at least once. We usually go to the location at Av. de Choisy, but tried this location for the first time on my most recent trip and loved it. between two people, we ordered the Perrier Xiu Mui (salted plum seltzer water), cha gio (spring rolls), banh cuon (rice rolls filled with minced pork and sides of bean sprouts/steamed pork), and pork vermicelli. As far as casual Vietnamese spots in Paris, this place can't be beat especially for such reasonable prices. The staff spoke French / Vietnamese / English and took orders in all three languages.
