McDonald's sur Foix

So after our arrival, we waited 20 minutes to get our menus... Then another 20 minutes later we were told that the room was reserved for a birthday... No display to indicate the reservation in question. We had to quickly eat my children in this rainy weather, we played for maybe a quarter of an hour or so.... We thought we would have time to spend at least 3 quarters of an hour or even an hour.... Well no !! The young woman from the McDonald’s who prepared this birthday told us “things happen” Cool !! Not pleasant, no excuses, basically we had to get out of there!!! Frankly, my children were sad.... We didn't call in the morning to find out if it was open so they could have informed us at that time that the room was reserved for 3 p.m. We would have come earlier 😡

Overall it's okay, toilets not very correct

Live from mc do foix still disappointed. Two small sandwiches one the bread is dry it must be from yesterday or even more and even when there are no customers the burgers are cold when it arrives at our table.. after the morning shift it is 10:49 a.m. we hear them laughing and talking loudly .. I don't recommend it, I'm always disappointed.... Without saying that the first bench where I want to sit is covered in dog hair or something else.. we should really put everything back without the rules se mc do and getting worse and worse

The staff is very cheerful. I've never seen a McDonald's where the staff smiles so much. It’s really nice. No omissions in the order and our sandwiches were piping hot. Finally a McDonald's where the games are inside. A real happiness 🥰 Thanks and keep it up

Very good customer service. I've been coming here for a long time and have never been disappointed. The employees are always smiling, helpful and dedicated to the customer. Very satisfied.

Food’s okay. What can you expect? It’s just McDonalds. But the place is cool nevertheless 👌🏼
