Cold sandwiches after a long wait, terminals broken, I couldn't pay by card at 2 terminals

To celebrate my daughter's birthday today with her friends we booked. Team caring for children and parents alike. We were apart from customers in a closed room so children were safe. Children delighted so to do again.

My 6 year old daughter's birthday party with 9 of her friends this Sunday, March 10. Everything went perfectly, thanks to the agent who took care of the children: Killian. He knew how to manage the group and the activities in the allotted time, well done, it was no easy feat with children of this age the day before school started again. Thank you for this welcome, publicity already made to other parents! I can't judge the rest of the restaurant, just 2 downsides: no restocking of hand paper in the bathrooms in the middle of the afternoon, and the agent who made the reservation confirmation for the birthday took the liberty of being familiar with each other. my husband like a friend. I don't appreciate being informal to customers, I'm not 20 years old, I don't speak informally to the agents on duty, there is a form of respect to be maintained even at McDonald's.

Always a pleasure to stop by McDonald's, a smiling, friendly team and always a little word to make you smile. Impeccable product quality and service! And for those who are dissatisfied, let me remind you that we are not at Bocuse. thank you for everything Keur
