I leave with my order, I hold my order in my hand the bag opens underneath, I still have my bag in hand and my order on the sidewalk, I return to the restaurant explain my mishap I am looked at doubtfully I am not offered a small gesture. Not serious but very disappointed, I reorder I pay again a young girl who apparently works there looks at me because I'm not happy and that makes her laugh!!!! I point out to him that there is nothing funny about that. I've been coming 3 to 4 times a week for a very long time and despite forgetting, I've never said anything. A small gesture would have been nice. Very bad experience

Very responsive, the best McDonald's in Strasbourg, very clean, the tables are carefully combed, no omissions in the orders and especially the fries 🍟 its always very hot, very courteous staff, the toilets are also very clean, like new, in short, a magnificent experience in this place 🤦🏻‍♂️
