McDonald's sur Amiens

I ate at your place on Wednesday lunchtime with a friend and her children aged 4 to 8, there was a crazy crowd, and in the middle of this crowd there was a lady who directed me to a free terminal while keeping the smile she had her eyes everywhere! so much so that when I placed my order she helped me find my friend who was at another terminal. After thanking her I followed my friend and her children downstairs where we were very quickly and with a smile, what a pleasure to find the MC muffins which is no longer offered in Roye, and unlike Roye with less there are lots of people there, the MCs are well done, there is the sauce you need, in short, perfect. Finally we went through the MC café where we found the same blonde lady, still all smiles, who told us that her name was Claire. SO thank you Claire for your welcome and your smile. As well as your team!! You should give Roye's team a lesson in hospitality, service and hamburgers.

Fast, efficient service but cleanliness remains to be desired within the fast food premises.

Great McDonald. . good atmosphere. Good coffee and very attentive and kind waitress. It's nice. !

Quite disappointed with my experience in this restaurant. The place deserves some updating. The toilets weren't super clean, but for a Saturday, we think they were overwhelmed. The dynamic of the employees at the counter suggests that they have been there for two days. And we arrive at the start of service... I order a sandwich without onions. The sandwich arrives cold and with onion. We simply opened my burger to remove the biggest one. Which I find unacceptable. Fortunately I am not intolerant! The fries are not salty. I remain quite disappointed with my visit.

With this McDonald's it's always double or nothing, either it's very good and supplied or it's cold, after a long time without having come what a disappointment to see that they offer 280 on the terminal advertisements but that they are not in the menus on this one however in click and collect no problem you can have?? This makes no sense...

There is no easel with the order number to be served at the table... So not great... I go to burger king.... They are served at the table..... Try to sort this out problem.... This has been going on for a while!!!!!! 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Very warm welcome and very clean

I went there when I was on a 2 month internship, very friendly and attentive staff and the food is good, the only "bad" point is the lack of networks in the basement apart from that at the top ;)
