My last visit was today, we were served quickly despite the crowd of people, sandwich well made and hot! The same goes for fries. The staff seems stressed but very friendly

March 17 I order a Big Mac what a disappointment given these questionable changes today I ate a burger but certainly not a Big Mac.. no pickle and what is your new bread?? not good at all!!

Honestly getting worse and worse. Several bad experiences at this McDonald's. Between the time at the drive-thru we waited 20 minutes for two ice creams (the employees we saw through the window were drinking coffee while we waited). Or when they bring back the drinks and ice cream and 10 minutes later the burgers. And this evening we order two mcflurries and it turns out that I end up with half-filled pots. It’s still serious!

Lens/Monaco, dismayed to see that people manage to complain because “it’s long” and almost insult poor employees who work on a Sunday and eat the broth with a smile and good humor. Respect to the teams for their good humor. And for the others, you are very stupid.

Great service, the employees are very polite and professional but unfortunately one customer just blocked the entire drive for I don't know what reason and threw her bag violently at one of the employees. Some customers really don't have the courage to employ them.

28/03/2024: The menu is varied, the dishes are very good and plentiful. The only regret when going to checkout was when I saw that we were charged €3.50 per portion of vegetables: we had asked for fries and vegetables thinking that the portion of fries was thus reduced. But no, it’s an extra charge that the waitress could have informed us when taking the order. And €3.50 for a tomato cut in half, roasted with garlic, that’s expensive…
