Owner and waiter/waitress very welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for good meat cooked over a wood fire, don't hesitate because it is always a treat.

As a restaurateur I would like to congratulate you and thank you for your service, responsiveness and quality wood-fired cooking. What more could you ask for, regarding the service we have staff present without too much. Very caring and HUMAN! Don't change anything, keep everything honest. For us restaurateurs who just want to be in the place of our daily customers, we are delighted with the hygiene, culinary quality and service, which are there! THANKS !

31/03/2024: While passing through Carcassonne for the weekend, we more than appreciated this great restaurant! We hesitated a lot about the selection because everything made us want it, and in the end no regrets about the choice: a great burger, we really enjoyed it. I highly recommend !
