L'Olivier sur Pertuis

On the advice of a friend, I was supposed to have lunch at L’Olivier and this afternoon it was the case! Mama mia! How can I describe such a wonderful culinary experience with friends! The Americans have a word for this: Amazing! It was magical from the start of our tasting until the end. Very rare or even too rare to emphasize it. Thanks again to the entire team in the dining room and in the kitchen, thank you for introducing us to local products of superb quality! I dreamed of it The olive tree did it 🤩🤩🤩

We went to eat at the Olivier for lunch with the family. The welcome was great, the place is very pleasant and above all, the food is very refined and very well done. Well done to the chef, we will come back without hesitation. Let yourself be carried away by the experience menu, accompanied by its wines, it was perfect. Easily in my top 3 in Pertuis, and not in 3rd place.

Very good time sharing with family! Discovery menu for us! And discovery ++ for young, uninitiated customers. Not even time to take a photo as the food was already eaten! Delighted to have been able to discuss with them their perception of this culinary experience offered to us by the chef! A very good topic of discussion around products like artichoke and asparagus presented with subtlety: acidity, crunchiness, ... in short! An exercise in critical thinking. Very friendly and attentive service. One of the guests ate gluten-free, she was able to enjoy all the dishes that were adjusted for her. We recommend this very promising address!

A quality birthday meal! Everything was perfect, from start to finish this experience was a total success. Surprising flavors (asparagus ice cream), mastered cooking, original but so obvious combinations.... We went from discovery to discovery with immense pleasure. The service was of the same level, attentive but discreet, a welcome touch of humor and a kindness which accompanied us until the end of the meal. The chef is passionate and remarkably professional. Finally a great table in Pertuis!!! There were six of us, even when we thought about it, none of us found anything to complain about....

We came to eat at l'Olivier 2 or 3 years ago, a little disappointed with the quality of the dishes. We came back a few days ago, and the new chef delighted our taste buds. The discovery menu consists of a series of delicacies that follow one another, lots of flavors and attentive staff. A great discovery. We will come back

Excellent tasting and friendly service like last time..

Pleasant setting, attentive service and creative cuisine. Pleasant flavors and textures to discover through the Discovery and Experience menus… with the added bonus of good value for money. Absolutely worth discovering!

Disappointed. We ate very well in June. less successful this time. 60€ per person and not 120€.
