We chose the essential 6-course menu. The cuisine was generally well executed, the dishes were good but were not enhanced by the dishes in which they were served. The dishes leave a feeling of frustration given the size of the portions compared to that of the plate. As a main course, waguy beef was offered for an extra €10 compared to the menu price. When the plate arrived I pointed out to the waiter that the piece of meat was really small, I was simply told that this was normal. We continued with two pieces of cheese which had little interest with a few rocket leaves as decoration. The dessert was very good. When paying I remarked to the chef about the size of the piece of meat. Remark which was not well received despite the fact that I specified that the entire meal was good. We paid without a thank you or a word of empathy towards our frustration. In short, there is good in cooking and less good in business relationships.

Second time in this restaurant, A sensational experience with extremely delicious cuisine. In the plates we find a lot of Asian notes which we loved. Dedication to wagyu and its more than excellent juice. Thanks to the candle also for my wife. Don't hesitate to come to this restaurant to taste quality dishes worthy of a star.

Good restaurant, something to review for a starred restaurant for my taste

This is the second time we have come to dine at this beautiful establishment and we were not disappointed. To begin with, you are very well received. The interior of the restaurant is simply remarkable. The atmosphere is very zen. Ambient lighting that does not attack you, tables spaced sufficiently apart so as not to be disturbed by the exchanges of other guests, and finally, a superb illuminated cellar adorns the back of the room, with a large choice of great wines to choose from. make any wine lover salivate. As for the dishes, everything is cooked with precision. No fuss, the pairings are made around two products with a seasoning or a juice which enhances the whole. The chef's cuisine is direct, it goes straight to "Essential". The menu offers a sufficiently varied choice to find what you're looking for, no more than 5 starters or 5 main courses are offered, a guarantee of minute and quality preparations. The desserts are also excellent. Two very different proposals are offered to you. You will not be disappointed, they are delicious and original. Well done to the pastry chefs. The service is very attentive without being intrusive, the à la carte dishes are very well explained to you, with all the details necessary to understand their composition. I highly recommend the restaurant “ľEssentiel”, it is one of our favorite Michelin-starred restaurants.

We dined here on March 31st. The service staff were professional, friendly, and had good English skills. The food was almost perfect, as were the recommended drinks. We had a great time!
