Fine dishes. We feasted ! Mandatory menus but it is of course possible to indicate what we do not like and the dietary contraindications. Pleasant setting.

In the top ! It's rare that I don't have any criticisms to make, but here, I didn't find any. The starter, the main course, the dessert sublimated our palates. Really delicious. And it’s an “affordable” star. Update February 2024: still on top, nothing to say. Explosion of flavors in the mouth. And impeccable service. My favorite Gastro choice around defense.

24/11/2023: Small restaurant 2 steps from La Défense. Tartars really good, very well seasoned and hearty. The chocolate dessert is excellent. Top notch welcome and service. 👌👌👌Thank you
28/10/2023: A killing, I will go back. The tartars are incredible. I tried the Tradition (I think it's my favorite) and the Kyoto (fresher and original, super good too). There is a sauce served to enhance the taste of the tartars, try it, it is great. A little more disappointed by the chocolate fondant, which was still very good. And otherwise, the waitress was very friendly and smiling, the setting is warm, nothing to complain about.
