Les saveurs du manoir sur Tarascon-Sur-Ariege

April 27, 2024, we had dinner at Saveurs du Manoir in Tarascon sur Ariège. I highly recommend this restaurant where you are welcomed with great professionalism both in terms of service and advice, particularly for the choice of wines. We had a great time, we would like to thank the chef whose cuisine is both inventive and of great taste quality. Here, everything is homemade, everything is very good. We will happily come back for lunch or dinner and discover more wonders.

I was not impressed by the texture of the tournedos that was served to me for €32 and unseasoned. The accompaniment was quite tasty as well as the asparagus cream. The glass of Syrah wine is fruity and delicious. The chocolate fondant, on the other hand, has a too liquid core, which inspires industrial confectionery for me. The red syrup should be left aside. I have an overall mixed opinion of this dinner considering the price.

Without a doubt a very good address in our beautiful Ariège. Everything is good, from the little aperitif treats to the little digestive treats. A clean, simple, effective style. The cooking is all perfect, it lacks a hint of sauce for my taste and a little touch of madness to transcend all that a little otherwise we had a beautiful and pleasant evening.
