Very nice brasserie, we ate there this evening, served very quickly by a very friendly and professional waiter who always had a smile. The meal was delicious (rib steak and ice cream for Mr and I pizza) served very quickly with no waiting. I highly recommend this restaurant, I will come back. Thank you for this good time spent in your brewery

Very well received despite the crowd. My carpaccio had way too much filling, you couldn't even see the meat. 1 hour wait between starter and main course (while other people who arrived much later were served). So we didn't have dessert. Too bad, I really liked this restaurant.

Great evening on the terrace, with the sun finally peeking out. Special thanks to Oguzhan who was adorable throughout the meal! Great server :) We'll be back!

We came to eat there on May 1st at noon since quite a few things were closed or no longer in use. We waited easily a good 20 minutes before being seated without a hello or anything. We waited another 10 minutes to get the menu, then another 20 to take the order. That said, very good cocktails and food. It’s a shame that the atmosphere and service don’t keep up. I don't know if we'll come back, or when there won't be many people

At first, we dealt with a fairly nonchalant waitress but quickly replaced by a more friendly young waiter: Tanguy, fortunately he was there to man the bar. The first service was a little long due to poor coordination between the servers and drinks ended up on another table. There was only one bartender for the entire terrace. The dishes also took a while to arrive but it was worth it, the various guests were satisfied with the dishes offered. Only the pizzas ordered were not sufficiently cooked and the dough was still raw.

09/01/2024: Very nice hotel. Perfect for a short stay in Gérardmer as it’s opposite the lake and a short walk to the town centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants The room was very comfortable and clean and on the top floor so very spacious and nicely decorated I would definitely recommend it and we’ll be back! Thanks a lot :)

29/03/2024: The Vosges menu is excellent, quality homemade product (this is becoming rare). The impeccable service, charming waiter, humor, attentive. We were delighted, an address to note, to come back. And quality price for all budgets.
22/03/2024: German burger is killer! Excellent service and very good advice. Reasonable prices
