Very good time spent at the foot of the Castelnau castle. Friendly welcome from Romain, who took charge of the entire head table, a real professional. Super professional service staff, and excellent cuisine. I, who don't follow dessert, have exceptionally taken the plunge. The entire Café des 3 Brooks team thanks you. See you soon, The only problem is, €3 for parking. Ghislain and Valérie.
