Very warm and exotic place, it feels like you're in the mountains. The truffle fondue caressed our taste buds in a very pleasant way. I recommend this place for its cuisine, its welcome and its atmosphere. I'll be back.

When I nevertheless see other customers being bitter, not enjoying the moment with friends and preferring to speak badly and act towards the staff, it's sad. Ditto those who do not warn of their delay and who allow themselves to complain. It's not just restaurants that deserve a review. The restaurant people are not your dogs, and you are not the kings.

The fondue is very good, the staff is pleasant and available. We spent a very pleasant evening. You should remember to book in advance!

By calling to inform us that we were going to be 10 minutes late, we were made to understand that we shouldn't wait too long because they were going to close whether or not we had finished our plate, I admit I didn't quite understand? Damage. Otherwise, apart from that, the setting is very nice, everything is in chalet-style wood. The "all you can eat" is very well respected with a good salad and potatoes without limit and cold meats to replace it, understandable. However, the overly salty potatoes lead us to believe that it is done on purpose to suppress our appetite. And the cheese is 2 or 3 traditional raclette machines, for our evening it was 2 machines for 2/3 tables, so you have to wait, there is a queue to get it... in the meantime you stuff yourself of the rest then in the end you are no longer hungry when it is finally your turn to go get the cheese. The service is friendly, waitresses always attentive. It may be a must-see restaurant in Lyon but unfortunately too many details make me believe that the restaurant counts above all on its image. I therefore recommend the good old raclette at home even if it is not unlimited, at least you will have your own cheese with certainly a very good atmosphere.

It's not haute cuisine, we're not here for that, although the Croziflette with truffle really pleased my daughter, we came for the unlimited raclette and to "puff up"! Well, goal achieved. The homemade baby rats are killer, the smoked white ham and raw ham are generously served. The staff is friendly and attentive: they managed to introduce a group of Japanese tourists to the pleasures of raclette! And we quickly get caught up in the game of drowning our plate in runny cheese. For our part we gave up before dessert, but we will come back 😉

J'adore le décor, c'est un voyage le temps d'un repas... Très cher, raclette à volonté... quand le fromage est disponible et fondu... compliqué de réellement manger à volonté... dommage

Des prix abordables pour des portions plus que généreuses ! Une vraie ambiance montagnarde en plein milieu de la ville, ce restaurant conviendra pour des sorties entre amis comme entre amoureux. Un service agréable qui, malgré un malheureux malentendu sur l'heure de réservation, à su largement rendre le moment mémorable.

Super lieux chaleureux et agréable. Bien penser à réserver en avance pour avoir de la place. Fondue hyper bonne, ambiance chalet et montagne au top !
