A very good local address a stone's throw from Sainte-Cecile Cathedral and opposite the Palais de la Berbie. The welcome and the team are friendly. The home cooking and the local wine list (red Gaillac in particular) allow you to have a great time on a tourist visit, as a couple or with friends. With the Albigensian cassoulet, I found a “Proust madeleine”. Thanks to the whole team.

It's very good. Good, pleasant and professional welcome. But above all it is homemade and well cooked. Products are traced from the corner. Come on, just to nitpick I found the foie gras a little seasoned. But really everything was excellent!

The setting is very pleasant, the restaurant is located near the Cathedral, the dog was welcomed (water bowl and a treat) Very good meal, well served, we enjoyed ourselves.
