Classic for this channel. The service is perhaps less responsive than in other brands like that of Gare Lille Flandres, but just as pleasant.

My opinion of the restaurant Les 3 Brasseurs is rather positive. I found the atmosphere to be warm and friendly. The craft beer selection was varied and quality which added to my dining experience. As for the food, the dishes were well prepared and tasty, offering a good balance between brasserie classics and more creative options. The service was also efficient and friendly. Overall, it's a nice place that I would happily return to.

Nice setting, very good welcome and service. Cuisine: the plates are well stocked. On the other hand, I took the salmon steak and I was surprised by the small size of the steak...and a little overcooked for my taste....but it was still good...

Very good meal.
However, there were two waiters (the one in training very nice), one of them spoke quite badly to the one in training.
Arriving at dessert, the one who is in training gets rid of us very kindly, while the other throws us the dessert menu on the table and who makes a comment to him (to the one in training) that he stupidly missed a sale because he forgot this famous dessert menu.
We felt really stupid and we didn't want to have dessert because of it and when it came to the table (for the 1000th time that evening), we just asked for the bill. the latter looks up to the sky.
We are customers, we come to the restaurant to relax, not to be pushed into sales and to be harassed every two seconds.
