Gourmet restaurant in the center of Saint Germain.
nice atmosphere and nice menu, but some good and some not so good on the plate:
the presentation of the dishes was top notch, good ingredients and inventive recipes. The octopus was very good, but a little tough. the tuna was perfectly cooked but bland. in the assortment of desserts, one out of 2 was bland.
therefore, we remain with a mixed impression

A very nice discovery. Mastered cuisine. I think the best restaurant in Saint Germain.. very good formula with glass of champagne, wine and coffee included

Very good restaurant discovered last year and we went back today, it was as good as ever, the dishes are quality, the service impeccable, without too much waiting and the menu is often renewed. Good address in St Germain I recommend

A big disappointment for me. Dinner with my wife on a Friday evening. Overall the setting is nice, the service is good even if we couldn't understand one of the waiters when he spoke to us. The starter was good, I ordered a wagyu beef fillet (veneré rice, polenta, etc.) with a supplement of €15 (which is normal for this type of meat), I ended up with a “classic” beef fillet and without the accompaniments indicated on the menu. To avoid eating out of sync with my wife, I say nothing and wonder if the order error didn't come from me. At the checkout, they wanted to charge me €15 for the wagyu beef, that's when I indicated that I hadn't had this meat. For dessert, a soft or rather runny chocolate which also disappointed me, the texture and the “flow” was not appreciable.
In short, for 150€ for 2, we expect a quality meal and unfortunately it is not one, for my part. A very mixed result for a restaurant that claims to be “upscale”.
