The place is bright, the welcome from the waiters and the owner is enthusiastic. In many reviews of many restaurants, people say it's plentiful and I often find myself disappointed with not much to eat. But here 8 people out of 11 had a truffade and it's true that the portion was very good. For my size and my appetite, I would have taken a little more, but I think that is also the risk that other people will throw it away if they put more. Those who didn't have truffade also seemed happy with their St Nectaire fondue and their fish. The charcuterie that accompanied the truffade was good and it is becoming increasingly rare in quality and quantity. The gourmet coffee extra on the menu (+4€), on the other hand, really not much to nibble on but the tiny piece of blueberry tart was good. When I booked for my group, I was a little afraid of coming across a tourist trap (but 11 people, not far from the Charade circuit with room to park 5 vintage trucks, that limited the possibilities) but It was a very good surprise in the end. As for the price, €30 per person with the Auvergne specialty menu + dessert, plus the drinks that everyone had. It's not cheap but today, it has become the norm for eating well, so with quality, quantity, speed of service, good humor of the staff and setting of the dining room, there is nothing to say.

Served rather quickly for a table of 8, the team was very pleasant and friendly. No one was lacking in terms of quantity. The specialties tasted were good. A good address for hearty local dishes.

Beautiful restaurant at the foot of Puy-de-Dôme. Easy booking. Copious and quality dishes. Heartwarming welcome. I will go back there.

Friendly restaurant with a view of Puy-de-Dôme with local cuisine. Warm welcome from the owner and efficient service. The waitress was professional and smiling. Menus at 19, 23 and 32 € correct. For my part, the snail puff pastry with garlic cream and Auvergne wine was excellent (photo).

Lunch in this restaurant. We had cantal lasagna, very good.
