It was okay. Came to eat quickly and well, we were quickly served so contract fulfilled. Fair value for money for the starter/main course at €14.8. In terms of cooking, the crispy beef was not bad, perhaps a little fatty. Quite disappointed by the tartare, too much tomato and parmesan, we no longer feel the taste of beef. The fries weren't bad, and my neighbor's vegetarian lasagna wasn't bad either, but nothing incredible.

Very good little neighborhood bistro with a view of the canal. The map is simple but effective. The products are good and well made. Good value for money. Small terrace to enjoy the sun but tables really too small to eat comfortably for 2 people.

Emblematic place given its location. Always great and always crowded. But sometimes during the day, you can find the Parisian charm of good living. Unavoidable.

J’ai été surprise à quel point les plats sont abordables et vraiment bons ! Tout est fait maison et c’est au moins 15 à 20% moins cher qu’ailleurs. Le service est bien.

15/03/2024: I have lived in the neighborhood for 13 years, but I have been around Cherfa quite regularly for 6 months. It has become my canteen at the end of the week. Couscous and burgers are my favorite dishes. But above all what I like at Cherfa is the warm welcome from the team. From the outside when you pass the very noisy Rue des Pyrénées, it's not necessarily easy to imagine that you can relax there peacefully but I advise you to come and have lunch there. I also particularly appreciate Bernard’s Pià’no qui chante evenings which take place one Saturday a month. Conviviality, good comfort food, simplicity, reasonable prices. It’s a bar that still retains the soul of a neighborhood bistro without bohemian artifice.

04/04/2024: I love the seafood here, especially the oysters. Best oysters ever. The restaurant is a bit packed, the space among tables is not so big.
