Very good location. Right next to Cathedral Square. On a not too busy street. In terms of service, nothing to complain about. As for the meal, it was very good. We had a bottle of crémant for €35, it was great. 3 ice teas. 2 cervelas cheese salad plates 12 snails. 2 shanks A blue cord 1 bibelskaes 1 beef 4 desserts. For €225, not cheap but the plates are up to par. Thank you for this great time.

We had a great time, The pork cheek was exemplary. For the sauerkraut, in my opinion, the cabbage lacked a little flavor, the cold cuts were good. Very friendly team and beautiful establishment.

This is a shop that was featured in Chikyu no Arukikata. It said that they were famous for their fish choucroute, but the staff member said, ``Our store doesn't serve it.The store next door has that.'' You can reserve your seat online. I made a reservation a few hours in advance of the day, and it was fine. It wasn't crowded when I went, but it's usually crowded, so it's a good idea to make a reservation. What you asked for Meat choucroute, beef bone spinal fluid? , hamburger, and creme brûlée. The choucroute was quite delicious, but the hamburger with the whitish sauce was really delicious! The slightly burnt potatoes and hamburger steak were both delicious. The beef bones are like ahijo made with beef tallow. It was delicious, but if you eat too much, you might feel sick to your stomach. Overall, the portions are a bit large, so it's best to share one plate instead of one per person. The clerk was also cheerful and kind. Thank you very much❗️

2 dishes ordered and 2 contrasting impressions. The sauerkraut is very disappointing, not generous and the cabbage is swimming in water juice... The Munster ham on the other hand is very tasty. Service a little oppressive...we feel "activated" in our choices to get out as quickly as possible.

Avant même de passer à Table vous sentez que vous allez passer un très agréable moment ! La qualité de l'accueil - s'inscrivant parfaitement bien dans la tradition Alsacienne - le décor chaleureux , loin du tape à l'oeil "touristique" et les Tables qui ne se font pas la conversation....! Concernant les Mets proposés et servis c'est un plaisir aussi bien visuel que gustatif. Un Personnel vraiment attentif et un service rapide .Mille Mercis.

Local cuisine. Expect lots of meat, low on seasoning but still flavorful. Glad we had this positive experience with food...
