No need to look for where to find good mussels/fries in Rouen, the only restaurant that makes real mussels/fries: it's at "Le Terre-Neuvas", fresh products like fish and chips, sea sauerkraut... . and even the sauces (mayo / béarnaise) are homemade, I recommend

We went there in January, at the beginning everything was quite good, but then when it was time to pay, the waiter became very aggressive and very rude, allowed himself to speak to me informally! This is not the first time this has happened.

11/05/2024: A very good experience for us! Generous and tasty dishes, fast and efficient service and smiling and welcoming staff.
10/05/2024: Not enough waiters or cooks, I don't know, but an endless time to be served. So the glass of white wine was hot when the dish arrived.
