Exzellente regionale, saisonale, vor allem aber überraschende Küche mit viele Liebe zum Detail, den Zutaten und dem Geschmack. Man verzichtet auf langatmiges Storytelling, sondern serviert einfach ausgezeichnetes Essen.

24/03/2024: My current favorite!!! Very warm welcome, very professional service, lots of attention and always with a smile. Absolutely delicious dishes. Salmon, duck breasts and foie gras, followed by St Pierre. What can I say, undoubtedly the best smoked salmon I have ever eaten, smoked by them, the homemade foie gras a delight and the duck breasts better than in the South West!!! The cooking of the fish (St Pierre) was perfect. Really congratulations to you. The place is cocooned and the soundproofing is effective. My mom and we had an excellent lunch. You honor French cuisine. The wines are very affordable. Value for money: unbeatable. We will come back with great pleasure.
20/03/2024: The service is always impeccable and the home cooking is a real treat. Probably the best value for money in Vannes. We will continue to go there with pleasure.
