A nugget! Amazing, beautiful and tasty dishes. The journey begins upon arrival with the chef who welcomes you if it's not too much of a rush. The setting is breathtaking under the crazy architecture of the Piana reliefs, the cuisine is inventive and exquisite. Great discovery!!

Really a nice surprise! 😊 A team of enthusiasts, inventive, original cuisine, research, an explosion of flavors... A bistronomic restaurant that I love. It's friendly, and it's a treat for the taste buds, what's more in a very pleasant setting. In the top 6 of my favorite restaurants!👍😊

30/10/2023: We had dinner as part of an evening stopover. The waiter welcomed us very well and gave us advice. We were entitled to a menu with the dish of the day, which suited us. The sweet chestnut left me with very good memories.
29/10/2023: After two weeks in a variety of places on Corse/Corsica, I can confidently state that La Panorama serves the best food I've eaten on this island. The waiter was perfect too, a very nice and attentive man. It really was refreshing how nice a time we've had while eating at La Panorama. 5/5 stars, without a doubt.

27/10/2023: Passing by on a rainy autumn day, on motorbikes, 4 guys in need of a little warmth and a hot meal. Welcome in the traditional spirit of the area, here we welcome not the tourist but the traveler, and that's so much the better. The hello is modest, but genuine. A local sips a myrtle in front of the newspaper and looks at us with the suggestive questioning of Corsicans. We are placed at the table and the boss relaxes a little. pietra of use, orezza. We will be served veal in beer, wild boar, soup and cannelloni with bruccio, absolutely wonderful dishes where the smiles gradually reveal themselves, the humor of the boss can be tasted at the rhythm of the meal, if you are modest, simple and honest, you will deserve the homemade digestive with the little chestnut flan. The Hunters' Bar is worth it, it's not a restaurant for the first comer, it's a place steeped in history and authenticity. The service will be based on your ability to live with the locals
