A delight, it's been so long since we had eaten so well and so good. Thank you for everything we will come back without hesitation, an excellent duck breast and no, let's not talk about the cordon bleu with cream roll style yum yum 😋. Until now my rating has always been 5 stars but for the moment it has clearly cooled me down, let me explain, The servers have always been pleasant and overall we haven't noticed any big changes at this level which means that they enjoy working here and that's just cool👍 However! Last time I was surprised to find that half of my pizza was covered in blue cheese and the other half in goat cheese, I was told that it's always been like that although honestly, I hadn't even noticed then that I love their pizza 😂, at the time I said ok yes maybe but this evening we were served a pizza, with only 2 slices i.e. 1/4 of the pizza covered in blue. So already, let's imagine I have a pizza covered evenly with blue cheese and goat cheese, so that would make at MINIMUM 3 pieces of blue cheese on the pizza, by doing half and half we already remove 1 piece since 2 are more than enough to cover half of a pizza. once melted, (pizza cut into 8) while the character of a 4 cheese pizza is based on the blue cheese, so really, I have a lot of difficulty understanding the concept and personally I don't agree despite the fact that their pizzas are really delicious. Then, a sirloin, despite the fact that it is cooked to perfection, is not difficult, so the waiter who, although pleasant, tells us that the chef knows how to master cooking, meh, unwelcome, because I am a customer here long before he was employed there and the first time I asked for meat cooked to perfection, I was served blue cooking to such an extent that I had tears in my eyes from disgust as I didn't have it. 'habit. Likewise, the first Flint Burger that was served to me, had a sort of ratatouille sauce in addition to the salad, and that gave all the charm of the Burger because otherwise, without that it is clearly not worth the price, they 'removed, so personally I had moved and came back to eat in Colmar on purpose because I missed it but I don't think I'll come back for... quite a long time.

I love this place, we eat superb meat in large quantities (dogybags are possible). It's always excellent, the bill remains reasonable. Point of attention which for us is not annoying but may be for others it is noisy.

We go there after every concert.... Always a pleasant welcome, smiling room staff. Varied menu. Yes I recommend. Sincerely
