We had an excellent evening when we came to Sérac. However, I have one small detail that disappointed us a little: the lack of seasoning in each dish. But overall it remains a good restaurant to share an evening with friends

My favourite meal I had in Chamonix during the week I was there was at Le Sérac. For the starter my friends shared some Escargots (I stole one of their snails to sample) and it was fantastic! They have special Escargot cooking dishes that are a bit like casserole dishes with little holes for the snails to go in (there are pictures in other reviews.) This removes a lot of the admin of eating the snails and give them a lovely crisp texture on the top. For my main I had some Pork Cheeks which came with a lovely mash, I think it is quite possibly the greatest pork dish I've ever eaten, certainly the best I can remember!

Very nice discovery for a dinner between family and friends with a group of 7. From the welcome to the end of the evening everything was very pleasant with very good cuisine. We recommend this establishment.

Le Sérac is a great place where I have had the pleasure of dining on several occasions. The service is fast and efficient, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. However, it is often fully booked, so I highly recommend booking in advance. Located in the center, this establishment offers quality products that will delight the taste buds of the most demanding.

This restaurant, whose facade is inspired by a mountain chalet, is as warm inside as it is outside. The service is as careful as the decoration. The menu is entirely composed of homemade dishes. I recommend the complete fondue, accompanied by good cold meats and delicious organic potatoes with a fruity taste.
