26/04/2024: RESTAURANT LE “M” IN BORDEAUX: Located Lafaurie de Maubadon, very close to Place Gambetta, this restaurant whose exterior does not really look much is recommended and rather twice than once... Often, in the 3-course lunch menus, we are disappointed by one of the components of the lunch and well, not at all...I enjoyed its Salmon Canon and its crunchy, crunchy little vegetables as a starter, its tab of absolutely tender beef accompanied by a pepper sauce to die for as a main course then a succulent biscuit covered with a mousse of different exotic fruits for dessert 25 euros for these 3 moments of happiness and culinary ecstasy, we can't say that it's exaggerated, no! I will come back for sure and why not during a dinner because the 5-course formula at 55 euros given how I licked my lips this afternoon also seems to me to be very good value for money!
