A restaurant with creative cuisine and very friendly service. The food is always perfectly balanced. There are therefore no salt and/or pepper mills on the table. You always feel very comfortable there and enjoy the food. In addition, very pleasant guests left and right. A must every time I come to Paris. There are only 3 tram stops away from La Défense.

Restaurant whose cuisine is very creative, highlighting quality products, with a culinary technique that knows how to magnify the whole. Originality of pairings, perfect cooking, juices and sauces giving an extra hint of relief (always adequate), elegant dressings knowing how to avoid excessive preciousness. Also note that all this is of rare consistency, we have known him for 3 years and each visit leaves us with great pleasure from the moment spent and confirms the previous ones. The menu changes very often, as do the daily specials. The wines are also chosen with care and the menu is very varied. You will easily find your happiness. Last but not least: the service. From reception to departure, kindness and attention are required, supported by this hint of simplicity, which makes you feel good. A table that is only missing a few stars... but which are not lacking and whose absence surely preserves the accessibility and the friendly and creative simplicity of the experience. You will have understood, if you are in the area: come there you will not regret it (… and if you come from further away: you will be delighted 😉)

Here, the cuisine is inventive, often renewed according to the Chef's desires and inspirations, and his attentive wife welcomes us and takes care of us with rare kindness.
