A return to school but not for the canteen quality. The atmosphere is very fun with its decor. Nothing to complain about in the kitchen. We're really enjoying ourselves. In 4 stages for the vegetarian menu. It was delicious and very high quality.

For the choice of stars: no hesitation: it’s the best at every level!! Inventive, daring and tasty cuisine. Warm service, not lacking in humor, explanations and patience. Value for money: justified. I regret not being from the region to come back but if I come back to Toulouse, I will not forget your address. Thanks to the whole team !!

Gourmet restaurant, dishes change monthly. The menu is simple with two options. The room is well decorated and has few tables. The price is (very) expensive. The experience is reminiscent of a Michelin-starred restaurant with lots of diversity and small portions. I think prices have increased recently, count 50 euros for a menu.
