The perfect word was created for Gordon Ramsay and his entire Bordeaux team. No downside from start to finish. The service, the fingertip knowledge of the products and wines by the staff is just incredible, listening to our little needs, gestures of attention, the setting and the atmosphere, the comfort at the table (I am 7.5 months pregnant) the culinary journey from the appetizers to the dessert and finally the little gifts on the way out, in short everything was perfect, a fairy tale from which you never want to leave! Perfection has been achieved! Exceptional card, cozy atmosphere, excellent service, and above all exceptional dishes that are both original, subtle, sophisticated and crafted, with elegance and finesse and without any false note. We were a little hesitant initially thinking the chef was English, but we discovered that in fact the chef is French, Alexandre Koa! In summary, exceptional place, exceptional welcome and service, and above all exceptional cuisine!

Having been blessed enough to visit countless Michelin restaurants, I can confidently say this and Robuchon Macau are by far tied as the absolute best restaurants we have ever experienced. While some places forego taste for creativity and frill, the dishes here manage to put flavour first and still be interesting and beautiful. The service was impeccable and it’s clear the staff take great pride in their job. Not only were they knowledgeable and professional but also warm and friendly. I unfortunately had massive nosebleeds all evening but they were so gracious about it and never made me feel stressed. I would not miss out on the supplemented lobster or white truffle as both dishes were the stars of the menu for us. We will absolutely be back next year and hopefully many years to come. A wonderful experience that truly reflects why Gordon Ramsay is a household name. Thank you so much to everyone at Le Pressoir D’argent!

Une expérience exceptionnelle avec un menu terre mer à coupé le souffle. Un sommelier de talent nous a accompagné dans cette expérience avec un accord met et vin délicieux, avec l’histoire de chaque vin compté à chaque fois. Bravo

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse soirée, le personnel est très attentionné et le repas était délicieux. Le chef Alexandre Koa nous a régalés ainsi que le chef pâtissier Gaëtan Fiard. Un mixte entre tradition et modernité qui sublime les produits régionaux.
