Warm welcome and impeccable service! Friendly staff. The dishes were tasty and you could see that they were homemade. Adapts to lactose intolerance. Reasonable prices.

Superbe accueil dans ce petit restaurant. On y est arrivé par hasard a la sortie d'un concert. Malgré l'heure tardive on a été très bien accueilli. La carte est simple. Mais les plats servis étaient bons. Le serveur et le patron très attentionnés, à minuit c'est loin d'être une généralité. Sans être un gastro, ce Phil Harmonia est sans fausses notes.

13/05/2024: Went to dinner with the Gypsy group, a three-course menu for an affordable price in Paris. The only downside is that we sat next to each other for a very short time.
06/05/2024: This place is slightly hidden from the busy Montmarte area, away from all the tourists. Great food - the onion soup was delicious. The escargots were tasty, too. We also had the duck confit as well, which was served with fried potatoes with garlic (wasn't too sure on this). Otherwise, it's a great place to hang out. Nice and quiet place. Highly recommend it.

07/05/2024: Yes, finally I found in Paris bar, with everything, what we expect: perfect atmosphere, experienced barmans open for discussion about drinks, tasty alcohols of all sorts
03/05/2024: Fabulous bartenders and amazing cocktails. Do not hesitate if you like a craft cocktail.
