The best meal we had in our days in Paris! very good service and the terrace is perfect, lots of foot traffic and perfect opportunity for gossiping.... but what makes this restaurant special is the atmosphere and the enjoyment for the palate (food) and the soul (drinks) 😋

I stopped at this restaurant by chance and without searching on the internet. And it was an excellent choice. Small starter of excellent blue endive. Very good aligot with sausage. An excellent little pinot noir from Auvergne although a little expensive at 11 euros a glass. A coffee for 2.50 euros. All for 38.50 euros and welcoming and available servers. I had a good time. It was very good for a decent budget. I recommend.

My canteen whenever I go out to Paris for about 8 years. There very disappointed with the service (waiting for almost 15 minutes even though it was 11 p.m. to order desserts and there was really no crowd + infernal noise because sanitation car in front of our outdoor table for 1 hour with incessant engine without anyone telling us offered to return when the room had emptied - I had to go check and ask because no waiter was seen either to order desserts or to see if everything was going well...) and above all, portions which were reduced as skin of sorrow (the gratin dauphinois Saint Nectaire is only a shadow of itself, in terms of proportion and especially cheese therefore creaminess and taste, I miss the cassolette).

Same day booking at the last minute.
Very pleasant waiters and fast service.
We had the dish of the day (beef, carrots, aligot supplement) and flank steak and fries. Well presented and plentiful plates.

Thank you to our two young and charming servers, and to the team. The tree-lined counter-terrace on a pedestrian path was an ideal location for refreshments after a few hours at the Center Pompidou. You are friendly and smiling, like real restaurateurs. So an address to keep and recommend to leave the harshness of the Parisian pavement for a few moments to enjoy the view of the Saint-Jacques tower (**overlooking** the Cantal)!
