A delicious meal. We took the tasting menu for €75 and the chef delighted us from the first to the last dish. Magnificent setting: the restaurant is decorated down to the smallest detail. Only downside: the pumpkin dessert was not as good as the rest.

Excellent discovery!! The cuisine is refined and modern. The service is perfect. And the setting is charming. In summary, a very nice address: the can was really excellent. We fell in love with the caramelized pumpkin dessert!

We came on May 2 for lunch, everything was perfect (cuisine, service, setting)..the only thing missing was a ray of sunshine outside! Thanks to the whole team, we will come back

Where to start then, a very beautiful and very pleasant setting to enjoy these delicious meals that the chef has prepared for us. I also thank the waiters and waitresses who accompanied us during our meal and thank Ernest for his exemplary service which is perfect. at this restaurant and who shows his seriousness. I highly recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.

Very nice place with a small reputation but perhaps a little overrated! We would have liked dishes made with seasonal products, harmonious in the mouth. Freshwater fish had very little taste and was not enhanced by its accompaniment.

Wonderful discovery! A magnificent setting, a warm place furnished with taste... and regarding the tasting of the 5-course discovery menu we can only be rave about: from the appetizers to the dessert and the sweets that accompany the coffee, the chef offered us a festival of flavors based on simple but wonderfully well-crafted products. A sweet potato crème brûlée (wow, the chef has reconciled us with this tuber), a caramelized shallot tartlet and smoked white cheese mousseline (exceptionally fine!!!), a REALLY PERFECT perfect egg and mushrooms smoked shiitake on truffled potato foam (WOW again!). And for the rest of the products, always as simple but worked in a surprising way: carp, carrot and squash, filet mignon cooked at low temperature with black pudding in two ways and for pre-dessert and dessert (yes, yes, you that's right!) poached apple in caramel, dacquoise flavored with rum and light vanilla custard, caramelized pumpkin, caramel mousseline and flax seeds (again WHAOU, I know, I'm repeating myself) The chef's genius: presenting us with a gourmet tasting menu, based on simple, fresh, seasonal products. No so-called "noble" products during our tasting but a chef who restores the nobility of our "basic" products. The welcome and service are not to be outdone, they are equal to those of a starred restaurant! A big BRAVO and THANK YOU to everyone for these moments of pure pleasure and we look forward to visiting you again!

Pleasant setting on the banks of the Eure, discreet but efficient service and welcome, the cuisine lacks a little pep. We took trout and beetroot gravlax, the jelly was too hard and diced beetroot was uninteresting and tasteless, as for the puree, why not a ketchup? or a chutney? to revive this very classic dish Well-cooked pork loin, a delicate sauce and Bavarian black pudding (original) but still this lack of pep why not apple pickles? Where is the topping? 3 cubes of pumpkin and a teaspoon of puree We still had a nice time
