Great experience. We came for a few days, and we went to eat there 3 times. The food is excellent and the price-quality ratio is very good. The staff is very professional and welcoming (especially Mr. Carlos) and the cook is also very nice. It is probably the best restaurant in Albí. 100% recommended

Good restaurant, the cassoulet is well served and tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant is special with a tout at the entrance, and very fast service, barely time to read the menu.

Good but too expensive. Lack of garnish in the salad. 4 slices of duck breast! 1 or 2 gizzards and a 1/2 slice of block of foie gras... It's a bit light, almost decorative. Do honor to the southwest! The cassoulet was good, piping hot in its little terrine. Not sure if the nuts were scallops... A little small... But my neighbors seemed happy with the taste. And the thin tart was unworthy of the rest of the meal in terms of taste. The apples were not cooked enough, too crunchy on an excellent puff pastry... Too bad. Good welcome.
