Excellent surprise! Obligatory stop if you pass through the region. Simple and comfortable rooms The welcome is very warm, both from the great duo of waiters and from the owner who is none other than the chef. I recommend one night on half board with the 'stop-over menu meal' (incredible value for money) Every dish tested was delicious Fabulous breakfast (everything is homemade) No false note! (Hello from the Vosges)

Remarkable to exceptional! A perfect lunch, the tasting menu is the signature of this establishment! The cuisine is faultless, cooking, seasoning, research, soft-crispy balance. The service is at the level of the kitchen where the dishes follow one another without the slightest false note or wait. Great professionalism in an atmosphere that is both serene and relaxed. 7-course menu which will remain in the memory of the friends present....for ..70€ and there is no missing the hundreds figure. Thank you to the whole team for this excellent time.

After a somewhat harsh opinion from the first phone call we were finally able to taste the chef's cuisine and it was a very good surprise, well-balanced cuisine, interesting taste and mixture of flavors. I recommend

The stars are not in the guides...all you need is a stop at the Hôtel du Morvan to be convinced!!!!! Ideal setting, perfect welcome, top-notch gourmet cuisine...everything comes together for a perfect stay. Thank you for this beautiful moment and this beautiful discovery.
