Excellent tasting moment. The duck aiguillettes with foie gras and its sauce make a magical combination! The sauce is fabulous, the good quality products are very well presented. As for dessert, the finger Wow. The welcome and service match the plates. Thank you for this good time

Todo genial, un lugar muy cuidado y muy buena atención. El servicio no hablaba español pero hizo todo lo posible por entendernos con el. Por 50€ y pico tuvimos un menú muy bueno, muchos sabores y totalmente recomendable.

08/03/2024: My recent visit to the Restaurant du Louvre in Tarbes was a most enjoyable experience, combining delicious food, a warm atmosphere and fast service, perfect for lunch. From the start, the salad made with bacon caught my attention. The freshness of the ingredients and the tasty combination of flavors was a great prelude to my meal. The bacon added a touch of smokiness that complemented the salad perfectly, demonstrating attention to detail in the preparation of the dishes. As for the main course, I opted for the skewers accompanied by a gratin dauphinois. The skewers were perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, providing a most satisfying taste experience. The gratin dauphinois, meltingly soft, was a creamy accompaniment that added an extra dimension to this feast.
