Very nice home. Everything is homemade and carefully prepared, an excellent dessert. The quantities and quality are on the plate.

I'm never disappointed. The bosses are super nice and very welcoming! The dishes are very good and generous. Special mention for the ice cream parlor...the best in the world 🤤 Vegetarian welcome! And it's not easy...

A friendly place very well located in Colmar. Just nearby is its cinema and 7 minutes away there is the ice rink. 👏👏👍👍

The setting is very beautiful in this little chalet on the edge of the white lake! The food served there is very good, the products are fresh and local. The restaurant was a little noisy due to tourist buses that day and the service was a little long. However, I highly recommend!

Very nice interior, fast and friendly service Excellent cuisine. Today, February 23, 2024, we chose the Munster roast with fried potatoes and lamb's lettuce salad.....A treat! We will come back.....

Very good restaurant, the home cooking is excellent, the dishes full of flavors. The warm setting and staff. Tested by chance with our teenagers, we went back the next day😉 Homemade trout, pork shank, homemade dish and top-notch Savoyard fondue... We strongly recommend it.

03/04/2024: Very good blueberry pie and the company of a cuddle-seeking cat
01/04/2024: A simply unmissable place. We had lunch there at midday, ideally located next to the Black Lake. We had a magnificent view. We enjoyed the Easter meal, we were very well received, the service was very efficient and the dishes were simply delicious. Only quality products, for example nuggets made with chicken pieces. I recommend before or after a walk, however it is better to have reserved. Thank you for this great time.

Le Saut de la Truite

26/01/2024: Magical place, run by a Christmas fairy. The owner has magic in her, she manages to put you in a good mood and at ease, so much so that it feels like you're going to visit a relative you haven't seen for a long time. If I had to evaluate the b&b in a cold and objective way, I would describe several critical issues, especially in the rooms, but I managed to overlook everything thanks to the atmosphere created by the owners who make you lack for nothing, feel at ease and therefore not you just have to enjoy your stay and everything positive about the experience. Very good, highly recommended and if I have the opportunity I will definitely come back to stay with them. 👏
31/12/2023: We were a family of 5 with 3 children. We were very well received by Rose Marie who immediately put us at ease. It's true that we felt like we were staying with friends. Lunch is very hearty and very complete. The location is also good if you want to go to Colmar, it is 30 minutes by car. Thanks again to Rosé Marie and her family. Have a great holiday season.
