Amazing beer selection. I have to go back, I haven't tasted everything. The waitress is very nice. But above all what makes the difference is the prices charged. We are in Paris and we can eat with dignity without spending our savings ;)

Haven't tried any food as of yet but one day soon, amazing beer from Belgium, host was very nice spoke English that helped to recommend some amazing beers yo try, if your in saint germain definitely worth checking out

Au Ballon Rouge

05/04/2024: Great brasserie, top team and service. The cuisine is always very good, homemade dishes. The quantities are just perfect. The little gourmet coffee is always appreciated. I recommend 1000 times.
07/03/2024: Nice place, fairly quick service. The dishes are homemade and the menu changes with the products. Minimalist but quality card. Decent wine list but some prices per glass are a little "high".

18/03/2024: Everything is perfect, the dishes are delicious, homemade, at a reasonable price. Only one possible improvement: use exclusively seasonal products.
