Excellent Basque restaurant! Friendly and pleasant server. Reasonable price for the neighborhood. Special dedication to the Basque cake: a killer!!

Le buffet de la gare

19/03/2024: We were welcomed by Milo, being a group of 12. We had a great time. The prices were very reasonable thanks to a tea forks discount, but above all the waitresses were adorable and very funny. Always a little word for each of us. The dishes all arrived at the same time. And the diversity of the menu makes it possible to please everyone. They also offered us the digestive 👍🏻 Thanks again for the welcome! Very good address to keep!
19/03/2024: If you need to have lunch 100 m from the Gare de l'Est, here is an address that may be useful to you. The dishes are generous and the service is friendly. If you use "The Fork" you will get a nice discount on the card. Please note this establishment has changed its name to "MILO"

26/03/2024: Food was ok. The onion soup was delicious. The escargots and salad a bit weak. The service was very slow as I think they might have been understaffed but the waitress was friendly and spoke some English. The place was ok, nothing special. Typical road side restaurant where you can drop in to eat on the way to somewhere. I wouldn't come here on purpose.
09/03/2024: We ate yesterday in this restaurant and both the quality and kindness are excellent....a real discovery...fair prices
