What an amazing gem! The service was superb, what I found extremely cute is young boys trained as sommelier and learning how to serve guests. We picked chef’s table - though we were surprised we had the same courses as others but it was still a very pleasurable experience. Wine pairing was amazing, so our special evening was a true success. Thank you for making it so wonderful!

We stayed one night at the hotel which is located in a magnificent building. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and had the excellent surprise of finding small gifts in the room. The room is tastefully decorated, the bedding is quality and the bathroom is superb (large bathtub and hygiene and beauty products provided in beautiful glass bottles). We dined at chef Galienne's restaurant, and opted for the 5-course menu. The restaurant is very well decorated, the tables are spaced from each other and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We greatly appreciated the up-to-date and unconventional playlist for a Michelin-starred restaurant (Jorja Smith <3) Fantastic cuisine, without a false note, we enjoyed ourselves from A to Z. (You made me love beetroot, thank you). Thank you for these great discoveries. The staff were attentive and gave us very good advice. What a joy to have a young team who immediately puts us at ease and breaks the formal side that we usually find in restaurants of this standard. Thanks also to the sommelier for her very good choices of wines to accompany us during the meal. Disappointed not to have encountered chef Galienne, but otherwise everything was perfect! :) Thank you to all the staff for this wonderful time. The next morning, excellent breakfast, served in beautiful wicker baskets at the requested time. Qualitative and quantitative, everything was impeccable (special mention for the vanilla focaccia!!) What a beautiful, enchanted break that we can only recommend. Go there with your eyes closed! We can't wait to introduce this beautiful address to all our loved ones. Thank you so much !

Le Jardin des Plumes has become our favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions. Accustomed to eating in Michelin-starred establishments, this one stands out from other 1-star establishments by its more in-depth work on the originality of the dishes while enhancing sometimes "simple" foods. The presentation and setting are also up to par with the cuisine. For us, it is a star that hides a second, the service being welcoming while respecting the standing of the place.

A very nice experience on the occasion of a birthday. We were surprised to be upgraded and the pleasure of being particularly well received both at the hotel and in the restaurant. Being vegetarian, the chef immediately offered delicious alternatives that were just as enchanting as my neighbors' dishes! We all thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Please note that the staff who took care of us were attentive and very professional.

The setting is magnificent, the 5-table meal was perfect as well as the blind wine tasting. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. We had a great time.
