After a bike ride, we arrive at the village of Mirepoix. We have a beer on the square before going to eat. The grain of salt will be our canteen. Arrival 12:30 p.m. Vaulted room, with display case of cassoulet, blanquette and co… We are welcomed by Noëlle and Sylviane (mother and daughter) Family atmosphere, relaxed atmosphere…. We eat well, we eat well. The Armagnac and Pear digestive concludes this meal around 3:30 p.m. I allow myself to do the service and clear the tables, I tell you it's like home. Thank you ladies for this moment.

Small, very typical restaurant in a very pleasant “cellar” setting. The service is fast and attentive; lots of kindness. The cuisine is top notch; with a cassoulet specialty, a real treat. A very good moment !

Super meal menu at 25€ very good there were 6 of us, 2 cassoulets, 2 veals and 2 chickens very good and the desserts delicious thank you very much

Small, quiet restaurant in a well-appointed cocoon. Approximately 40 places. Homemade cuisine with very good local products. You must arrive early or book in advance.

01/04/2024: Very good cuisine. However, we spent two hours eating a savory crepe and a sweet crepe. There was a lot of waiting despite the crowd not being that big. If we come back there, we will eat there again, hoping this time not to wait as long, but I still recommend the taste and your appointment for the price paid.

11/05/2024: Very nice atmosphere. We have eaten well. Simple but delicious. Lots of people so a little noisy, normal.
06/05/2024: We had 2 different pizzas and the 2 pizzas looked the same! Even if we know that it's more economical for restaurants, it's a shame to absolutely want to mix the mozzarella and Emmental each time and also put the cheese on top. A pizza is mozzarella, not Emmental! The meat is of good quality. The service is ok.
